Splitting a Lean & Green serving in half equally and spanning it the normal 2.5-3 hours. In a pinch, instead of having it later, find an option to have it while you are away from your fuelings. This can buy you up to 8 hours of time and then just resume your fueling times (maybe even crunch them closer to the 2 hour mark) for the rest of the day. While these items will not work as fuelings long term due to the lack of vitamins, minerals, and other plan required macros, they are stand-ins that will work for a day or so to keep you as close to a fat burning state as possible.
